Duties and responsibilities related to theNight Duty Managerrole

Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, andassistwith any guest requests.Oversee night audits to ensureaccuraterecording of daily transactions and prepare reports.Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless night operations. Act as the primary point of contact duringnighttimeoperations.Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.

About you

Previousexperience in hotel front officemanagementwithin the luxury segment is preferred.Strong organisational and multitasking skills arerequired.
