Role Overview

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with vendors, field and office operations teams. Transportation Management Systems: Utilize systems like Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Excel spreadsheets to assign, track, and record workflow. Vendor Coordination: Identify vendor expectations and align goals with contract obligations. Job Order Management: Coordinate job orders from field personnel via telephone, email, and work order software. Status Updates: Maintain contact with operational field and management personnel, providing timely updates on job statuses. Daily Log Maintenance: Create and maintain a current daily log of all work in progress. Problem Solving: Address issues and discrepancies promptly to maximize production. Additional Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Dispatch Expertise: Strong background in dispatching and site logistics. Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with transportation processes and oilfield operations preferred. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in transportation management preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years in dispatching or related field, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
