Night Crew Supervisor

A Day in the life: 

As a Night Crew Manager, you’re the driving force behind the store’s overnight transformation—ensuring shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is ready to welcome customers each morning. You lead and support your team in unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. You also play a critical role in store security, monitoring safety protocols and ensuring a secure environment during overnight hours. From ordering groceries with handheld devices to training team members and occasionally jumping in at the register, your leadership keeps the night crew running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy leading by example, this role is for you. 

What you bring to the table: 

You are 21 years of age or older. 

You have prior experience leading others. 

You have or are willing to obtain certifications as required. 

You have a willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences. 

A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience. 

You use your time and resources efficiently and effectively. 

You act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.

Hourly Pay & Benefit Details 

The hourly rate [salary] for this position ranges from $_17.25____to $__26.11___ per hour; starting rate will vary based on circumstances, including experience, qualifications, location and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.  Dependent on length of service and hours worked, benefits include, healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
