The Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport is looking for their next Night Auditor to join their team!
\nLocated within a few miles of Newport Beach, South Coast Plaza, and the Irvine Spectrum shopping centers, the property has 306 guest rooms with over 22,000 square feet of event space and 8 meeting rooms.

\n\n\nClassification: Full-Time\nSchedule: Fridays and Saturdays @ 10:00PM-6:30AM, with possible shifts to pick up on other days. Flexibility is essential and will be based on the operational needs of the hotel. This may include covering the five-day workweek of a senior night auditor during their time off.\nThe hourly rate: $21.44 to $26.80 per hour\n\n

The ideal candidate would have 6 months or more hotel experience and ability to work independently as acting manager on duty. Hilton Systems knowledge is a plus!

What will I be doing?
\nAs Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
\n\nEnsure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists\nSchedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance\nSelf-Starter that works well independently, as you will be the only front desk person on duty. \nWhat are we looking for?
