Job DescriptionAs a key member of our Front Office team, you will serve as our guests' personal point of contact during nightly operating hours, from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel and the Avani brand, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests, all with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. Your main tasks are monitoring nightly arrivals, conducting the night audit, preparing required reports and billing the guest at the end of their stay. You celebrate the art of hospitality and your commitment to our guests is reflected in our equally caring treatment of you.
QualificationsCollege diploma in hotel management or financial majorsPrevious experience as a night auditor or Front Office role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Experience with Front Office SystemsGood level of English both written and spokenExcellent organizational and communication skillsAble to reliably work independently, pay attention to detail, stay calm and courteous at all times, as well as work cohesively as part of a team Ability to work independently during the overnight hours.
