What will you be doing?
As Night Auditor, you will review financial reports, investigate anomalies, reporting any discrepancies to the Rooms Division Manager, Night Manager and Finance team. A Night Auditor reviews daily revenues against guest receipts and reports and investigates any anomalies. This role also includes hotel reception duties, including guest service, check-in/out of guest and assisting with guest enquiries.

What will I be doing?

\n\nReview of all end of day revenues against logged reports/receipts \nEdit all reports to ensure accuracy \nInvestigate any anomalies found between daily reports and revenues \nProviding five star service to our internal and external guests\nCheck in/out of guests\n

What are we looking for?

Pride in ensuring the accuracy of work and actively encourages the same standard from Team MembersStrong analytical skillsComputer literate, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelA minimum of one year previous experience as a guest service agentAble to work on a Full Time rotating roster
