Perform nightly audits, balance transactions, and prepare financial reports. Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out; resolve issues promptly. Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue strategies. Maintain accurate guest profiles and detailed logs of issues and resolutions. Train and coach team members; foster a positive work environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements…Experience & Education: 2+ years of previous experience in front office or night audit required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting.
