SUMMARY

Responsible for administering and maintaining company policies, procedures, and data concerning retail and promotional pricing, vendor costs, and UPC/PLU's. Communicate the pricing data to all stores through shelf tags and data transmissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DSD cost and retail data entry/correctionsCommunicate with DSD vendors/Category Managers concerning cost/allowance issuesProblem solving for store pricing issuesUNFI file processing, preparation, review, and correction   CRIP data entry/processing.Maintain accurate item attribute settings for all items in HQPOS item file deletes from the storesData entry for new items, Max Savings Guide, and Holiday/Seasonal packetsDiscontinued items program implementationMarketing contact for ad information and special promotions4-Week Deal ProgramConsumer Marketing Promotions: creation, testing, notification to storesTarget Expert Promotions: creation, testing, notification to storesROP information, processed, researched, and notification to storesIMS SupportItem level understanding and maintenance of tax settings for Illinois, Iowa, MissouriKnowledge of HQ processes and data entryOther duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);Or one to three months related experience and/or training;One year of Microsoft Office and keyboard skills for data entry;Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
