UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our employer-based Occupational Medicine program in Rockford, Illinois. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to focus on preventive care, workforce health, and injury management within a highly collaborative practice.

Position Highlights

Employer-based Occupational Medicine practiceEvaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnessesPerform DOT, pre-employment, return-to-work, and surveillance physicalsConduct OSHA-mandated exams, respirator clearances, and drug/alcohol testingEmphasis on injury prevention, early intervention, and safe return-to-work
