Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. We have an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1, specifically advancing the solution for bringing the EITaaS IT Service Management offerings to SIPR.\n

We are currently seeking a Nexthink Administrator for an onsite position in Chantilly, VA.\n

The Nexthink Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Nexthink platform. This role plays a critical part in enhancing IT operations through proactive issue detection, user behavior analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives based on Nexthink insights. Key Responsibilities\n\nAdminister and maintain the Nexthink platform including Collector deployment, Engine configuration, and Portal management\nDevelop and deploy Nexthink campaigns, remote actions, investigations, and dashboards\nMonitor digital experience metrics and proactively identify issues or performance trends\nCollaborate with service desk, desktop engineering, and infrastructure teams to resolve end-user problems using Nexthink data\nCreate custom dashboards and reports for different IT and business stakeholders\nManage user access, roles, and permissions within Nexthink\nWork with vendors and internal teams during Nexthink upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments\nTrain and support IT staff on using Nexthink for troubleshooting and monitoring\nStay current with product developments and Nexthink community best practice\n\n

Required Qualifications\n\n10+ years of experience in IT operations, desktop support, or end-user experience platforms\n2+ years of hands-on Nexthink administration experience\nStrong understanding of Windows OS, endpoint management, and IT service delivery\nExperience creating and managing Nexthink campaigns, dashboards, and investigations\nProficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for remote actions and automation\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nExperience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and endpoint tools (e.g.,SCCM, Intune)\n\n\nDoD 8140 compliance, CompTIA Security + or higher \nMust have Active Secret Clearance\n\n

Preferred Qualifications\n\nNexthink Certified Associate or higher\nExperience integrating Nexthink with monitoring or analytics platforms (e.g., Splunk, Power BI)\nFamiliarity with digital experience scoring, employee sentiment analysis, or self-healing automation\nPrior experience in large enterprise environments or regulated industries\n\n
