Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Newgen System Administrator to join their team. This team in in the process of onboarding a new Loan Operating System- NewGen. The Newgen Sr System Administrator will be responsible for day to day support of the application, communication across lines of business such as loan operations, demands, enhancements, software releases, minor and major incidents, change management, process improvement opportunities, long-term projects, as well as other duties to support the Newgen and IT Teams. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ experience configuring and supporting loan origination and documentation systems within the banking industry, 2+ years’ Consumer Lending Operations and/or Consumer Credit experience, and 2+ years’ integrating and supporting applications utilizing APIs. The all-star candidate would be familiar with specifically NewGen. This role is fully remote but must sit in either Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or California and work an EST/CST schedule. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years’ experience configuring and supporting loan origination and documentation systems within the banking industry (NewGen, CSI, nCino, BakerHill, Abrigo, etc.) - 2+ years’ Consumer Lending Operations and/or Consumer Credit experience (consumer real estate, auto/RVs, lines of credit, etc.). - 2 + years’ integrating and supporting applications utilizing APIs; API testing and Integration. - Experience working with the NewGen Application. - Project management experience highly preferred - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - Intermediate and Advanced certification preferred (e.g. Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administration, CompTIA Security +, Server+, Tech+)
