JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brand’s Take 5 Oil Change group is looking for a Driven New Unit Growth Coordinator who wants to make a difference!

Reporting to the Director of New Unit Growth and supporting our Take 5 Oil Change segment, this role is responsible for delivering a smooth transition and supporting Corporate shop openings. In working with cross-functional departments, the NUG Coordinator is expected to coordinate equipment, accounts, and product in projected opening timeline. Focus will be on performance and profitability, while protecting and promoting the Take 5 Oil Change brand image, service, and quality standards.

How you’ll Go the Distance:

Meet deadlines and performance metrics through coaching, managing, and training in acquisitions/new site openings.

Works with all cross functional departments to ensure accurate direction and timely adherence to shop openings.

Develop, document and update procedures for playbook.

Contribute to Corporate shop opening calls.

Interfaces with all support departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to field leadership.

Administrative oversight and compliance.

Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of information into compliance database.

What you’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of administrative assignments or project management

Dedication to impacting results with a can-do-mentality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point

Excellent interpersonal communications skills with all levels (crew to ownership).
