In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:
Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

**Position summary**
This role is a key operational enabler within the IMS team, responsible for managing critical internal processes such as service catalog updates, contract monitoring, internal communication, and coordination of executive meetings and operational reviews. The role ensures visibility and continuity across the IMS service line, supporting strategic communication, governance, and team alignment.
**A day in the life of...**
-Act as a key point of contact for visits and support logistics for executive sessions, office tours, or stakeholder meetings.
-Maintain up-to-date documentation and tools such as the IMS Service Catalog, SharePoint site, and distribution lists.
-Coordinate executive meetings (ManCom, Co-Pilot, MORs), including calendar invites, deck consolidation, and follow-ups.
-Lead internal communications activities: monthly newsletter (planning, content creation and launch) and monthly IMS internal meetings.
-Support the team with visuals (image bank and video library), managing regular updates.
-Monitor and quality check contract splits to ensure accuracy and alignment.
-Collaborate with HRBP for campaigns, events, or internal communication topics.
-Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support service line improvement.
**What will make you successful**
+ Advanced English.
+ Intermediate Portuguese.
+ Understanding of digital marketing operations and internal communication processes.
+ Excellent organizational and coordination skills, especially for managing meetings, agendas, calendars, and reports.
+ Strong writing and content editing skills for internal communications (newsletters, SharePoint updates, etc.).
+ Basic knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
+ High attention to detail and ability to follow up with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
+ Strong ownership and accountability to manage multiple internal processes with consistency.
+ Proactive communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
+ Familiarity with branding and tone of voice guidelines.
+ Graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, or related fields.
