We are looking for a new colleague who has experience with a manufacturing company and would like to be part of the New Projects team. In this position, you would be in charge of new projects and their coordination within the team and the plant in Hlavenec. Responsibilities + Manages and organizes the activities of New Project Leaders + Is fully responsible for successful launch and implementation of new projects and changes on site + Regularly communicates with central functions on head office (i.e. Program Manager, Application Engineer) and obtains input from them (project meetings, volumes, D-FMEA, 2D, 3D drawings, testing plans, BOM, financial calculatoins etc. + Organizes and manages project meetings + Standardizes processes within the New Projects department Requirements + min 2 years of experience in a New Project management role within the automotive industry + Technical university education (alternatively secondary education and at least 5 years of experience as defined above) + strong managerial, communication and team coordination skills + expert knowledge of automotive industry specific project management environment (APQP), advanced konwledge of PPAP, FMEA + English B2 or better, Czech B2 or better (German would be an advantage) What do we offer? + Reduced working hours of 37.5 hours/week + 5 weeks of vacation + Annual bonus of up to CZK 18,000 (according to the company's results) + Supplementary pension insurance contribution of CZK 1400 per month + quality subsidized company catering from the employer in the amount of 55% + Loyalty bonuses for employees for years of work, health care (e.g. flu vaccination) If you are interested in the position, do not hesitate to contact me.
