Job Description
OVERVIEW: Responsible for driving the development and execution of pipeline asset brand & product strategies, collaborating with Global and China Asset Strategy teams and R&D to capture China market opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives to transition new brands/ indications from development to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
Assess Market Opportunities & Design Pipeline StrategyDeeply understand China’s disease landscape, unmet needs, regulations, competitors, and trends to identify market opportunitiesCollaborate with Global teams to co-create asset development plans, brand indications, and launch strategies for success in ChinaInfluence Global Investment & Support China PipelineServe as the authoritative voice on China market dynamics and act as the advocate for China in Global programs, influencing decisions to prioritize China pipeline developmentBuild business cases based on market insights and compelling commercial opportunity assessment to secure Global investment and accelerate China opportunitiesDrive alignment with Global pipeline strategies and foster relationships with key Global HQ and Area stakeholders3. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration & Drive Strategic Initiatives
Lead high-performing cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, etc.) to create China asset strategy, development and pre-launch plansLead task forces to address challenges and maximize value for high-priority assetsFoster open, accountable, collaborative teamwork across functions4. Guide and coach NPP Managers
Structure and delegate tasks effectively to NPP managers, providing direction and coaching to support their growth and performanceDemonstrate strong leadership, business integrity, collaboration, ownership and initiative, resilience & adaptabilityQualifications
