Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced NPI Manager to lead the introduction of new products and solutions that drive mission success. As an NPI Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from design concept to initial production, leading a team of Operations Program Managers (OPMs) to drive efficiency, reliability, and quality in our products. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
