Portfolio StrategyActively contribute to the development and implement a coherent short and long-term strategic project portfolio strategies that are anchored in product, consumer and trade understanding, supports the overall business plan and takes full advantage of the market'sInnovation PipelineDevelop new and innovative product concepts with growth potential to meet latent, unmet consumer preferences that will ultimately deliver competitive advantage.Brand & Commercial PlanExecute strategic portfolio projects to address major business opportunities / issues. Drive overall Commercial Plan development process and actively coordinate with cross functional stakeholders in the preparation to ensure overall alignment, common buy-in and adoption of strategy.Budget management & Marketing efficiencyPlan & implement all agreed plan within budget and optimize spending for better performancePerformance management with full analysis on key campaigns / launches.Key competenciesPortfolio strategy and managementCategory managementBusiness and commercial planningProject leadership and stakeholder managementUnderstand in consumer insights, analytics and trade / GTM
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree from university or above Min 7 years’ experience in business and consumer or commercial functions (Brand or product marketing, consumer insights, sales) Experience in multinational companyGood command of written and spoken EnglishStrong competency in Communication, influence in stakeholder management and advanced analytics & planning.
