Job Description Insight Global is currently seeking New Patient Coordinators to support the Revenue Cycle Department across five locations in the Dallas area. You’ll manage the new patient referral process from start to finish, not just answering phones. Skills and Requirements 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient access Strong understanding of insurance, medical records, and scheduling Experience with PMS/EHR platforms and Microsoft Office Great attention to detail and proactive communication skills HS Diploma or GED
