New Hire Experience Program Specialist

Be a part of US Private Bank as a New Hire Experience Program Specialist now.

As a New Hire Experience Program Specialist in the US Private Bank, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a first in class experience for learning program participants. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver a high touch experience for participants to expedite their progress. You will serve as the central point of contact for all administrative related program activities and work directly with key stakeholders across the firm to deliver an exceptional experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Seamlessly execute end-to-end learning program administration to ensure an exceptional experience for participantsManage all day-to-day tasks required to support multiple parallel learning programsCoordinate and oversee activities across team to ensure timely execution of key operational tasksGather feedback to shape the learning program roadmap and identify areas for improvementMaintain strong partnerships with key business partners, including local market leadership, recruiting, training, HR, operations, technology and other relevant parties Contribute to program statistics and MIS reporting to assess the impact of performance against business metrics

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of professional experience; Financial Services industry Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite and Microsoft SharePointResourceful, proactive learner who possesses an excellent work ethic and performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervisionEffective communicator with ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams Detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skillsExceptional interpersonal skills including high emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levelsEnthusiasm for the business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value.
