New Hire Experience Navigator is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and support related to the preboarding experience for new hires. Incumbent utilizes a customer centric approach with new hires for efficient, creative, and culturally competent solutions while serving as a liaison between all areas that participate in the new hire journey. The New Hire Experience Navigator fosters a positive, productive work environment and is accountable for the successful completion of all pre-employment requirements within expected timeframes utilizing standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 year/Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: Two years HR, Recruitment, clinical or related area, required.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Communication Skills: Highly effective communicator with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills. Communication contributes to and establishes a climate of trust and respect to internal and external customers. Well-developed verbal and written skills. Prepare correspondence as needed.
+ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
+ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the new hire process.
+ Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all new hire related documentation and processes.
+ HR Operations: Strong knowledge of human resources processes, systems, policies and procedures
+ Support Talent Acquisition: Offer expertise in preboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
+ Computer Skills: Proficiency in using HR software, and other relevant tools.
+ Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide remarkable customer service to team members and other stakeholders.
