We are currently hiring new graduate registered nurses (RNs) for various units within the hospital. The TPP at MGH provides new RNs with a solid foundation to become independent and functioning clinicians who deliver safe patient care. The TPP is a 12-month long program that utilizes the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program platform and curriculum. The program provides a mix of onsite and virtual learning classes. The Vizient program includes an evidence-based curriculum as well as an evidence-based practice project. It is designed to improve decision-making skills, enhanced clinical nursing leadership practices, and promote the incorporation of research-based evidence into practice. New Graduates who are involved with the Vizient program benefit from access to benchmarking data, an up-to-date curriculum, and the opportunity to network with peers across the country.
