Job Summary
Summary:Responsible for patient care, collaboration within interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of healthcare are maintained through skilled nursing expertise, support, and patient advocacy, all while under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Essential Functions:
-Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
-Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
-Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures.
-Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
-Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
-Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment.
-Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.

Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
