The role: The Processing Team Supervisor will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders on all different kinds of shifts in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Traffic, Maintenance, and Sanitation Supervisors as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve.
