New England Review interns will perform a variety of tasks related to the quarterly print publication, website, and events, including creating posts in WordPress, proofreading and fact-checking texts, screening and logging manuscripts, editing video and audio, and other duties as assigned. 

Interns will also help with the annual NER Out Loud event and will plan and implement the NER Student Reading Series, an informal biannual event in which student writers read their own work. 

Interns must have strong writing skills and attention to detail, an interest in publishing and contemporary literature, and a desire to bring student writers together to share their work. 

Four hours per week.

This position is compensated at the Level B rate on the Midd student wage scale. $14.43 - $14.86 per hour
