Job Description

主要职责

O2O渠道战略制定:根据品牌发展战略,制定并优化O2O渠道生意战略,包括线上平台和线下门店整合,提升品牌在各渠道的覆盖率和市场份额。市场分析与洞察:进行深入的市场趋势、竞争对手分析、消费者行为研究,为品牌提供有价值的见解和战略建议,支持全年/季度选品建议和TA洞察。营销活动策划与执行:与跨职能团队紧密合作,将营销整合到公司的全面营销日程中,建立互补的技能和杠杆,提高资源投资效率,线上转化率。业务分析和KPI监控:制定O2O全年和阶段性生意驱动重点KPI,闭环追踪KPI达成率,帮助区域一起提升KPI表现,驱动生意增长。与跨部门同事合作,处理与战略制定,在线ND/TDP扩展和活动设计,执行和审查。为了最大限度地提高MDLZ核心品牌的曝光率和消费者教育,与内容团队合作,以更高的效率处理运营内容。

岗位要求:

本科及以上学历,5年以上知名快消品公司销售经验3年以上贸易营销经验,有O2O经验者优先较强的业务计划和沟通能力能够管理多个不同的利益相关者学习能力强;自我激励;结果驱动的良好的数据分析和表达能力
