As a New Business Account Strategist, you will drive onboarding for new advertising customers across the region, engaging with clients to optimize their Google solutions usage while developing digital advertising strategies aligned with their growth objectives. You will manage acquisitions and business team relationships, collaborating with engaged teams to transform business operations and deliver measurable solutions that address advertiser needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Achieve new business growth by consistently meeting and exceeding assigned onboarding goals for advertisers.
+ Guide new advertisers through post-sale customer journey, managing initial set up and ensuring successful campaign launches for sustained investment.
+ Collaborate with New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and identify expansion opportunities.
+ Engage with advertisers proactively via phone and email to understand business objectives, provide expert guidance and recommend tailored Google advertising solutions that drive measurable ROI.
+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize advertiser performance and product adoption, contributing to long-term success and Google's business growth.
