Responsibilities

The Mayo Clinic Health System Department of Spine & Neurologic Surgery is seeking one physician to join an established and collegial practice in Eau Claire, WI. 

Position Details:

Joining a practice of 4 Neurosurgeons & 4 APPs upon completion of recruitmentCall of 8 days per month on average, including one weekendAPPs are on call to support the hospital census and urgent surgical needsState of the art equipment including an O arm and stealth stationCompetitive compensation with recruitment bonus and robust benefits package including a defined benefit pension planOutreach opportunities available

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary for [insert] specialties may range from $290,000 to $830,500. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
