These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.JOB DESCRIPTION – Neuromodulation Sr. FP&A Analyst This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst to support Japan (60%) /Asia (40%) of our Neuromodulation division. Asia being China primarily, followed by Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. This role will be based in Tokyo (Shiodome) and is an individual role report directly to the APAC FP&A manager based in Singapore.With responsibility focus on but not limited to financial planning, reporting and analysis, you will be a key member of country leadership team supporting financial planning and decision making with appropriate financial data and analysis. You will also work with various stakeholders from different functions and locations to drive effective reporting process and seamless operations.Major Responsibilities:Planning & ForecastingIdentify key business drivers to build financial models for revenue & margin scenariosPrepare financial plans (P&L) based on financial modelling and performance expectation of the divisionPrepare quarterly P&L forecast based on current performance trend and latest market dynamicsIdentify and evaluate new business opportunities, new product launches and spending initiatives by modelling alternative financial scenariosFinancial ReportingPrepare journal entries and assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting at the functional and divisional levelPrepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performanceMonitor functional and departmental spending versus budget by highlighting material variances using system generated detail and trend reportsPrepare customized reports to drive visibility of financial information across the organizationBusiness PartneringWork closely with commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities/risksSupport commercial initiatives with scenario analysis and other financial inputsCollaborate with various internal stakeholders (CFS, demand planning, customer service, legal & compliance, regulatory, etc) to ensure seamless operationsOther ResponsibilitiesEnsure a sound and compliant financial process and support internal/external auditing enquiriesSupport the design and implementation of incentive schemeRequired ExperienceAt least 3 years of working experience in relevant FP&A roleSolid knowledge of US-GAAP and managerial accounting.Excellence data analytics skill with excelExcellent communication in Japanese and EnglishStrong business acumenExperience in medical related business is preferableExperience in cross-board/international environment is preferableAbility to influence stakeholders and drive fact-based decision making
