Prepares and cleans testing rooms. Provides assistance, lifting and moving patients as neededPrepares patients by applying a variety of electrodes as required for testing. Describes all abnormal clinical manifestations observed during testsMakes appropriate calibration procedures of the neurodiagnostic apparatus for standard recordings; inspects and assures proper maintenance of neurodiagnostic supplies and related equipmentIdentifies opportunities for process improvement providing recommendations impacting department quality and safety targets, through peer-to-peer accountability, reporting near misses, and collaborating with the interprofessional teamAssists in gathering data for quality improvement projects.
