Link Solutions is seeking a Networking Administrator (Associate-Level) to join our team at White Sands Missile Range, NM. + Must be a US Citizen  + Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance + Non-remote (relocation incentive available) The Networking Administrator (Associate-Level) will be responsible for daily network operations, maintenance, and security at the Army Research Laboratory in White Sands Missile Range, NM. You will be a part of a diverse team supporting a globally distributed information systems, responsible for the analysis, administration, voice, video, and data communications networks. This exciting opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge projects while safeguarding our national security.  Job Responsibilities: + Support routine monitoring and performance management of network systems. + Help ensure the enforcement of cybersecurity policies in accordance with DoD security protocols. + Install and support network operating systems and applications. + Evaluate and maintain telecommunications systems under the guidance of senior staff. + Identify and troubleshoot network-related issues across LAN, wireless, and encryption environments. + Participate in the implementation of network policies, standards, and procedures. + Provide user support and training on basic network functionality and tools. + Regularly report to a Senior Network Administrator for task assignments and technical direction. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. + Must be a US Citizen.  + Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance + BA/BS Degree or an AA in computer science or information technology with two (2+) additional years of experience. + One (1+) year of relevant experience working in IT enterprise network engineering. + IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.). + Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), security standards (802.1X, 802.11, MAC bridging), and media access control systems. + Demonstrated experience in network segmentation, traffic management, and secure network architecture design. + In-depth knowledge of network tools, monitoring platforms, and documentation best practices. + Ability to plan and implement large-scale network configurations and upgrades while minimizing downtime. Preferred: + Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification + Experience with incident management within the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform. + Familiarity with NIST, STIG, RMF, and Federal Information Systems Controls. + Working knowledge of hardware configuration management tools and logistics tracking systems. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. + Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures. + Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. + A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems. + Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision. + Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
