We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Network Technician to support our IT operations at the Raritan, NJ facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with a strong IT foundation and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position: 2nd Shift Network TechnicianLocation: Raritan, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and setup for all onsite and remote users, including associated IT equipment.
Open and assign support tickets to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams as appropriate.
Support IT operations at the Raritan facility and various remote locations.
Set up and maintain conference rooms, TVs, and telecommunications equipment.
Assist with daily walk-in support requests across a wide range of technical issues.
Deliver executive-level support for issues, projects, and special requests.
Participate in special projects including software rollouts, network upgrades, and security initiatives.
Set up and support divisional UPS systems and end-of-life equipment upgrades.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of divisional network infrastructure including WAN, MDF, and IDF equipment.
Support new hire onboarding including hardware setup and software access.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors on systems such as security cameras, badge access, and other facility technologies.
Provide technical assistance for Town Hall meetings and related setups.
Maintain and support Meraki IDF camera systems.
Support and configure equipment for work-from-home (WFH) users.
Required QualificationsSolid foundational knowledge in Information Technology.
1–3 years of prior desktop support experience.
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience supporting network infrastructure and facility-based IT systems.
Familiarity with Meraki camera systems and conference room technologies.

Pay Range: $25.00 – 28.00 per hour + differential pay.
