Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor network and system connectivity to ensure seamless operations.

Detect and troubleshooting connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Work closely with technical team to resolve network disruptions and optimize performance.

Coordinate with Technical team, network, and operations teams to improve system reliability.

Provide support to ASP (Authorized Service Provider) / RSE (Remote Service Engineer) / FSE (Field Service Engineer) experiencing connectivity issues.

Generate Periodic Reporting.

Maintain SIM card distribution and update connection to telco provider.

Achieve True Reachability KPI.

Fixed problem on the connectivity and provide onsite or online support whenever needed.

Support PGTH (Power, Grounding, Temperature and Humidity) device connection.

Increase connectivity penetration within Philips equipment.

Requirements:

Final year of the study or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in network monitoring or IT infrastructure management.

Have knowledge of VPN networks topology and firewall settings.

Basic understanding of transaction systems and network protocols.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to critical issues promptly.

Good communication with relevant parties.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
