**Introduction** IBM is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Network Security Specialist to join our team working with Imperva, the leading provider of data and application security solutions. As part of our dedicated security team, you will play a key role in delivering robust network security services and solutions that protect the infrastructure, data, and applications of our clients from evolving cyber threats. You will collaborate with a talented team to help build, deploy, and manage security solutions at scale. **Your role and responsibilities** * Implement, configure and manage Imperva solutions (WAF, DAM, DDoS Protection, API Security, etc) * Fine tune security rules to minimize false positives and enhance protection * Collaborate with infraestructure, networking, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of imperva solutions * Mantain and update configuration documentation, security policies and procedures **Required technical and professional expertise** * Basic knowledge of back-end web development * Basic knowledge of Azure infrastructure and resources: API Management, Web Apps, API Gateway * Understanding of HTTP headers and responses across various development tools * Experience consuming third-party content with a security focus (e.g., CSP) * Troubleshooting and analysis with end users * English working proficiency. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Imperva Cloud WAF Certifications * Imperva Certified Implementation Specialist for Web Application Firewall * Imperva Certified Security EngineerExcellent Customer Service Skills. * Ability to communicate effectively. * Experience managing client escalations and working go to green plans.
