Job Description As a Network real estate specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are being completed on time by working with other members of the real estate team and various vendors. There are 5 other Real Estate Specialists on this team the candidate will be working with to make sure vendors are performing up to standards. This candidate will primarily be responsible for analyzing and validating data between multiple dashboards on a large number of projects. Consistent communication with vendors (i.e. site acquisition or A&E) will be paramount to make sure due dates for projects are being met and the applicable work is completed. Using a data management tool, this real estate specialist will be able to analyze POs, past due dates, forecasting, etc. in order to push projects towards completion.
