We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate the planning, approval, and implementation of Network Projects, changes globally, aligning with ITIL and internal governance standards.

Conduct regular service review with key stakeholders and prepare presentation for the same.

Maintain and communicate the Forward Schedule of Changes and Global Change Calendar, aligning with maintenance windows and business event blackouts.

Liaise with global teams (network, server, cloud, security) to ensure consistent execution and documentation of change activities.

Reporting Analytics:

Design and deliver comprehensive reports, including KPIs, success/failure rates, emergency changes, and change velocity.

Utilize reporting tools to build dashboards that highlight risk trends, capacity bottlenecks, and service impact.

Analyze historical data to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance Risk:

Work closely with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to prepare change evidence and reports for internal and external audits.
