**Description** The Strategic Network Planner support the design and lead the execution of a resilient Network at the best cost, based on defined Network Principles that shape the Medium to Long-term E2E Supply chain, including Sourcing, Manufacturing, Fulfilment and new product supply network strategy. This role is responsible for the: + Defining optimized Network/ Manufacturing locations for Makeup NPL’s (new product launches), + Optimize the network for resilience at the best cost, by leading lead-time optimization to target and reducing business risk, and supporting and leading Network Business continuity planning + Lead the SC in risk analysis and resilience development and maintenance, in support of Enterprise Risk Management + Adjusting the Network to support business requirements whilst navigating Macro economic variables + Generating long-range capacity statements, Technology assessed plans aligned with category demand + Building an assumption-based network volumes plan for Annual budget and LE production units + Partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimise core planning data and support strategic business objectives driving Cost, Cash and Service. **Key Responsibilities:** + Generate long range resource and technology capacity plan based on category demand plans and identify network optimization opportunities + Suggest long-term category capital investment plans based on capacity needs, supporting the business case for CAPEX investments + Suggest alternative supply options (Internal transfers and outsourcing) when managing capacities in the supply chain, considering long term network strategy. + Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering for maintaining and updating platform/technology specifications and TPM/supplier capacity databases, including monitoring of execution. + Provide inputs on manufacturing -locations to Engineering for new launches based on capacity availability and platform applicability + Review technology trends and research latest technologies to drive best practices + Spends approximately 10% of time on developing and materializing company’s business strategy + Responsible for management and oversight of relevant category (makeup) operational efficiency **Qualifications** + Preferably MBA or relevant post graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operation Research or related field; Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field (minimum) + Minimum 12 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in Supply or Network Planning + Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting and supply planning tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc.) + High familiarity with long term capacity / supply planning and manufacturing technologies (mass, fill and assembly) for the beauty / cosmetic industry Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
