Network Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Network Operations Specialist at Marsh, you will be performing routine (preventative) maintenance to maintain efficient and reliable services, as well as supplementing our global NOC when troubleshooting challenging network problems.

Back-end systems implementation and SupportTechnical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projectsAnalyze trends, perform root cause analysisCommunications to team and the businessTech Services, advanced trainingEscalation SupportBackup Help Desk and Local Support as neededContinued learning and elevation of skillsTechnology asset management

What you need to have:

5 years of experience in technical Network roles or related Sceurity roles in a large Corporate Enterprise Environment.Experience with Palo Alto Firewall and ZscalerCisco Networking experience, with particular interest in the Certifications CCNA.Cabling & Termination Systems: Cat-5/Cat6 Ethernet, OM3 Multi-Mode Fiber, or Media Converters & NIDsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Level of English is a Must
