This position offers a base hourly range of $19.50 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

The internship program will run from May through August 2026.
OVERVIEW
Assist in various tasks within the Network Operations Center. Support the team and help keep store networks and equipment available and maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
• Manage and resolve support tickets from the service queue efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with onsite technicians to set up and provide ongoing support for store equipment.
• Handle inbound phone calls to provide technical assistance and support.
• Coordinate with other departments to successfully execute and complete project-related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Experience
• No experience required.
• Previous networking knowledge preferred.
