Your strategic insights and meticulous coordination will directly impact customer experiences across our rapidly expanding network. Key job responsibilities - Manage scanning equipment, repair processes, and inter-center communications to ensure seamless network performance - Develop training protocols, monitor compliance, and systematically eliminate operational defects - Oversee label procurement, invoice approvals, and precise inventory tracking across multiple locations - Investigate performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for operational enhancement - Create compelling narratives and presentations that translate complex data into clear, executive-level recommendations **Eligibility requirement** - Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Are 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field - Experience in transportation or supply chain operations - Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
