As a Network Management Operations Senior Associate within JPMorganChase, you will support the due diligence oversight cycle, culminating in the annual Final Assessment Reports (FARs).

Job Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate of multiple tasks to culminate in the issuance of the Final Assessment Report for your section of the annual population.Collate and analyze, turning analysis into suggested actions.Collaborate to enhance existing processes and applications, introduce new processes and tools, and engage in process re-engineering to improve effectiveness and efficiency.Support user acceptance testing, coordinate and execute test plans, and communicate results for deliverable sign-off.Work independently with minimal direction, keeping management informed and escalating issues as needed.Learn about the Network lifecycle and be flexible to help across the wider Network Management Operations team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities up to senior management level.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to understand both detail and the bigger picture.Superb organisational and prioritisation skills.Excellent team player.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience with Alteryx and Tableau.Experience with Data Visualization.Knowledge of Network Management processes (however training will be provided).
