The Role

Join Kyndryl’s Network Services team and become a trusted expert who delivers top-tier technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

Build local and wide-area network solutions using multiple platforms and protocols, enabling customers to access optimal network infrastructure tailored to their business needs.

To troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software—such as routers and switches—you’ll need strong skills in routers, network controllers, bridges, and networking software.

Your role will not only support smooth network operations but also involve project implementation, planning and cost analysis, and building proof-of-concept solutions using networking system technologies.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to review project requirements, communicate them effectively to the team, and ensure they are properly met.

Apply your expertise in designing and implementing wide-area network solutions, including IP and VoIP, that meet customer needs.

You’ll also be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and preparing for implementation, operation, and maintenance.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technical expertise to create innovative network solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Who You Are

【Must Have】

Over 6 years of experience in network support, configuration, and implementation.Over 6 years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.Experience in networking, security architecture, and engineering support across local, regional, and global domains.Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects within deadlines with minimal supervision.

【Nice to Have】

Experience in Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center environments.Experience in Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and in designing and implementing large-scale, complex networks.Familiarity with protocols and technologies such as BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, and VPC.
