Network Lead Business Execution Consultant
**About the Role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead and orchestrate complex, enterprise-scale network connectivity with Data Center and Business to Business (B2B) transformation and migration initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT project management, Cloud technologies & B2B migration experiences with cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of network projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, procurement oversight and operational excellence. **In this role, you will:** + Lead end-to-end planning and execution of network infrastructure with a focus on Business-to-Business migration projects, including internet hosted & cloud dependency deployments, datacenter application migrations, infrastructure procurement / implementations, ​ hybrid cloud integrations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables + Manage project budgets, forecasts, issues, schedules, and risks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and compliance with governance standards + Oversee vendor relationships and third-party service providers, ensuring SLA adherence and quality delivery + Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply hybrid project management methodologies to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes + Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement + Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and process optimization **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise network infrastructure **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise network infrastructure, business to business & cloud transformation + Self-organized leader with critical thinking skills, technical understanding, and data analysis skills + Bachelor’s degree or related field training, military experience, or higher education + Demonstrable delivery track record of technology infrastructure or business application projects + Excellent communication skills to work with global and regional 3rd party partners + Strong level of proficiency in MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) + Experience in delivering projects spanning multiple Lines of Business across multiple network infrastructures, Data Center, Business to Business & Internet + Adaptable to work with people from different cultural and geographical backgrounds located in different time zones + PMP, Scrum Master, CPM or equivalent certification in Project Management + Experience in handing a project end to end including project planning, resource management, stakeholder management, risk management, scheduling and project governance + Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies + Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence + Technical certifications such as CCNA and AWS Developer Associate are a strong plus **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + This position has a hybrid work schedule **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
