**Introduction** We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Lead to oversee the strategic design, implementation, and management of our enterprise network infrastructure and associated systems. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with deep technical expertise and proven leadership capabilities to drive the performance, scalability, and security of our IT network environment. As the Network Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization's network strategy, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and availability across all systems and locations. You will lead a team of network engineers providing technical expertise in areas such as SD-LAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Cloud networking, data center connectivity, and wireless technologies, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers supporting multiple services. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. * Align network infrastructure strategy with business objectives * Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, to ensure alignment and effective delivery. * Drive continuous improvement and innovation in network operations. * Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements. * Support audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability * Act as L3/L4 escalation contact and lead incident response and root cause analysis for network-related issues. * Maintain documentation for network architecture and procedures. * Ensure network performance, availability, and security across all environments **Required technical and professional expertise** * 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of networking protocols and enterprise-grade hardware. * Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform). * Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps practices. * An advocate for AI technologies and constantly stays up to date with modern technologies. * Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSE or equivalent is welcome.
