A day in the life
Your day starts by reviewing the network health dashboard: checking DEA trends, Last Mile BPS performance, OTD rates, and Scorecard standings across EDSP, AMPL, and AMXL partners. You flag a concessions spike at a specific cluster and assign your Network Health Program Manager to conduct a root cause analysis with a 48-hour turnaround.

Mid-morning, you hold a 1:1 with your Network Strategy Program Manager to review a network design proposal — a node consolidation scenario that could improve DPPH by 8% in a key region. You coach them on how to frame the cost-benefit analysis for the upcoming leadership review.

Before lunch, you join a cross-functional meeting with Operations and Planning to discuss TPH optimization across underperforming nodes, presenting data-driven recommendations and aligning on an action plan with clear owners and timelines.

After lunch, you deep-dive into the weekly SIR report, identifying patterns across partner segments and preparing a strategic brief for the Partner Strategy & Experience leader. You draft a partner support playbook section, translating Amazon's operational best practices into actionable guidance for a logistics partner struggling with OTD performance.

You close the day with a team stand-up, reviewing weekly priorities, celebrating a recent win — a 15% improvement in Last Mile BPS at a previously underperforming cluster — and aligning on deliverables for the upcoming WBR.

Every day brings a mix of people leadership, strategic network thinking, performance analysis, and cross-functional influence — all in service of building a healthier, more efficient, and strategically optimized Last Mile network in Brazil.
