About the role
As a Network Expert you will be having a leading role in the team and working on projects, related to all fields of network technology - from traditional to software-defined and cloud networks.
Our team works on 8x5 shifts and has a customer - centric approach - the goal is a high level of customer satisfaction while minimizing the unplanned downtime by following the established change management process.
Daily challenges
Leading projects from technical perspective - plan, design, configuration and implementation of network solutions for our corporate customers, based on different vendors;
Collaborating with other involved parties, both internal and external;
Responsible for planning and implementing normal/complex, routine or emergency changes;
Preparing relevant technical documentation and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) in conjunction with environment changes;
Participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) / Technical Advisory Board (TAB) meetings to provide feedback, approve/decline and determine impact of planned changes for customer environment;
Participating in root cause analysis related to project activities.
eXperience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent;
5 years of relevant network experience, mainly supporting Enterprise customers;
Experience with (but not limited to) the leading vendors Cisco/ HPE Aruba (at a CCNP level or above) products, including Network Access control (ISE, ClearPass) and wireless network;
Experience/Knowledge of SD-WAN/SD-LAN (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet) solutions and Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, VMware);
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes;
Good communication skills and customer centric focus - ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all customers, partners and users, internal and external;
Fluency in English.

Experience with:
- Network Security Technologies (Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco);
- F5 BigIP Load Balancers (including LTM, APM, GTM modules) and Web Application Firewall.
Any Public Cloud certificate (Azure Network Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Advance Networking) .
