Position Summary
The Infrastructure Network Engineer – Level 3 plays a critical role in designing, managing, and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise across advanced networking technologies, including EVPN, VXLAN, BGP, EIGRP, VRFs, VPNs, firewalls, BlueCat DDI, Prisma SD-WAN, Juniper MIST wireless, and secure remote access platforms such as NetMotion (Absolute Secure). The ideal candidate excels at troubleshooting complex issues, implementing resilient designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across data centers, campuses, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Network Operations: Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring peak performance, security, and availability across all sites.
+ Advanced Network Architectures: Deploy, configure, and support EVPN and VXLAN for scalable, secure segmentation in data center and cloud environments.
+ Routing & Switching: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot BGP and EIGRP; manage VLANs, spanning tree, and VRFs to enable segmentation and high availability.
+ Firewall & VPN Management: Administer Palo Alto firewalls and VPN configurations for secure site-to-site and remote access connectivity.
+ SD-WAN: Implement and manage Prisma SD-WAN to optimize branch, campus, and cloud connectivity with improved performance and security.
+ BlueCat DDI: Manage and maintain BlueCat DNS, DHCP, and IPAM to ensure accurate, scalable, and secure IP address management across the enterprise.
+ Remote Access Solutions: Configure, secure, and maintain enterprise-grade remote access platforms such as NetMotion (Absolute Secure) to provide high-performance, secure connectivity for mobile and remote users.
+ Wireless Infrastructure: Manage Juniper MIST wireless networks, ensuring seamless, secure, and reliable connectivity across all environments.
+ Vendor-Specific Expertise: Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment from Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Cisco.
+ Network Security: Enforce security measures, including firewall policies, segmentation, and access control, to protect enterprise resources from internal and external threats.
+ Troubleshooting & Escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex network issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact on operations.
+ Documentation & Standards: Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, IT teams, and external partners to deliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, and integrations.
+ Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to advance network security, scalability, and efficiency.

Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIA/JNCIP, Arista Certified, Palo Alto Networks Certified, BlueCat DDI, Prisma SD-WAN highly preferred; Juniper MIST certification or experience strongly preferred.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum 5–7 years in enterprise network engineering, with advanced skills in EVPN, VXLAN, BGP, EIGRP, VRFs, VPNs, firewalls, BlueCat DDI, wireless, and remote access solutions.
+ Hands-on experience with Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto, Cisco, BlueCat, Prisma SD-WAN, and Juniper MIST wireless.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Routing & Switching: BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, VRFs, Layer 2/3
+ Security: Palo Alto firewalls; site-to-site and remote access VPNs
+ DDI: BlueCat (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
+ Remote Access: NetMotion (Absolute Secure) or similar secure mobility platforms
+ Wireless: Juniper MIST wireless
+ Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and strong collaboration across teams and vendors.
