Job description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT networking, with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting network devices, firewalls, and security systems.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers. Configuration experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, Aruba, and Cisco switches and firewalls. Perform system and network troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. Ensure network security by implementing best practices and maintaining firewall rules and policies. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades. Maintain clear and updated documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
