Adequate networking knowledge with a valid CCNA certification.Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Aruba and Cisco wireless networks (controllers and access points).Ability to travel across 12 sites; distance is not a limiting factor.Customer-facing experience.Some experience in vendor coordination (service follow-ups, scheduling, escalation).Involvement in project support tasks, such as installation, testing, and documentation.

Job Responsibility:
