How will you make an impact?

Our Network Engineers, bring to bear their networking knowledge to realize technical strategies that craft and maintain our global network. Collaborating with a wide range of teams, to define, build, and automate future networking solutions, enabling faster, scalable implementation and management on a global scale. You will work to standardize and validate network solutions supporting our manufacturing, mobile, IOT, and end user devices and workstations. Your contributions will be instrumental in implementing and configuring network components, upgrading networks, testing new products, and crafting automated workflows.

What will you do?

Develop and implement networking solutions that meet business needs and organizational standards.Assess and improve existing network infrastructure for scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.Investigate and resolve networking issues, providing knowledgeable insights.Improve global network environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.Collaborate with network architects on large-scale projects to optimize the enterprise network.Implement and maintain network management and monitoring tools.Participate in on-call rotations and report project status.

How will you get here?

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.In-depth knowledge of IT practices, with expertise in cloud, networking, software design, and automation.Proven track record in large-scale, complex network engineering and operations.Proficiency in WAN routing, traffic engineering, and network segmentation.Proven track record with Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, Silver Peak/Aruba, and/or F5 products.Exposure to network automation using Python or other languages.Collaboration and self-sufficiency skills, with experience leading small project teams.Tool & Technology SkillsTelco: WAN connectivity, LAN connectivity, Fixed Wireless, Colocation services.OSS/BSS: Service Now, Jira, EPPM.Network: Networking, SD-WAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VPN, Firewalls, Router, Switch, Load Balancer.Product: Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Silver Peak/Aruba, Arista.Automation: Python, Cisco DNA Center, REST.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesCurrent certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong desire to establish credibility through partnership and collaboration.Ability to prioritize multiple objectives and initiatives in both an individual and team setting.Develop strategic short- and long-term objectives.Establish relationships with clients and peers through strong customer service skills.
