By driving lifecycle excellence—from procurement to decommissioning—you’ll help us stay ahead of technological advancements and deliver high-performance network solutions that empower our teams to thrive. **What You’ll Be Doing** + **End-to-End Lifecycle Management** : Oversee the full lifecycle of network equipment and ISP services, ensuring optimal performance and timely refreshes. + **Modernization Planning** : Develop and execute equipment refresh strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies. + **Process Optimization** : Continuously improve lifecycle workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support automation initiatives. + **Vendor Collaboration** : Engage with external partners to procure, negotiate, and manage equipment and service contracts. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Work closely with network engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and support. + **Knowledge Sharing** : Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases to foster team learning and operational excellence. **What We're Looking For** We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces continuous learning. You should bring: + A **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. + **3+ years** of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on lifecycle management. + Strong knowledge of **networking protocols** (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and **monitoring tools** . + Familiarity with **ITIL frameworks** and vendor management practices. + Excellent **communication** , **problem-solving** , and **organizational** skills. + A mindset geared toward **growth** , **collaboration** , and **innovation** .
